If you are visiting only one region only you can rent a car, or take buses from one city to another. ADO is a reliable bus company and has different classes depending on what you are comfortable with. To visit several regions in Mexico there are domestic airlines that offer very comprehensive service. Aeromexico, Volaris, and Interjet are the biggest ones.
