You'll go pick out all your ingredients at the local market and then spend the afternoon in a traditional outdoor kitchen preparing a feast. You'll also learn about the Akha people, culture and how their fresh, tasty food is different from typical Thai cuisine. Of course, at the end you'll get to eat the food that you make.
