Looking to learn about the flavors and cooking styles of the Caribbean? Join us on a personal cooking lesson at the home of a local chef! This unique experience will give you the opportunity to learn from a real Caribbean cook, gaining insight into the community's food and culture.
During the class, you'll have the chance to practice your language skills – whether that's patois, Spanish, or something else – and learn some delicious recipes that you can take home with you. Using fruits and vegetables typical to the coastal Talamanca region, you'll learn how to cook dishes such as patacones, breadfruit, rice and beans in coconut milk, batidos, and more.
