ACODOBRARTI has helped with several community initiatives which include; organizing courses run by INA (Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje - National Institute of Learning) to provide locals with education in subjects ranging from English Language to Animal Classification and Professional Guiding; providing environmental education opportunities for children in town; hosting English teachers to provide courses to the citizens of Dos Brazos. Dos Brazos is currently also building a modern community center which will be the center of all cultural activities.

ACODOBRARTI has worked to prevent large corporations from excavating sand from the Rio Tigre for construction, which would have had an enormously detrimental impact on the river and the wildlife it sustains. It has also helped develop hiking trails in and around Corcovado National Park which helps with overall conservation of the region
