### Day 1 - La Leona to Sirena 

__5:20 a.m.__ Meet with the guide at the local bakery in Puerto Jimenez (you can buy breakfast and snacks for the hike here).
__5:30 a.m.__ Shared taxi from Puerto Jimenez to Carate. 
__8:00 a.m.__ Carate - La Leona - Sirena hike, 20 Km through the rainforest and on the beach (7-9 hours).
__3:00-5:00 p.m.__ Arrival at the Sirena Biological Station.*
__6:30 p.m.__ Dinner at Sirena
__8:00 p.m.__ Lights out, spend the night at the station.
