Classic Inca Trail Trek to Machu Picchu

The historic Inca Trail is commonly referred to as one of the best hiking trails the world has to offer. It's also a route that you need no prior experience to do - just a comfortable pair of boots and Alpaca Expeditions as your trusted guide. You will cover 43KM (26 miles) in 3.5 days of hiking - climbing passed two mountain peaks and stopping by numerous ruins along the way. This is the only hike that allows you to go directly through the Sun Gate into Machu Picchu - seeing the amazing ruins from above for the first time. But please book early, because permits sell out months in advance.
