All meals are included and electricity is limited.
The lodge comprises 12 individual chalets and a central lodge building. Communal facilities include a lounge, craft shop, dining room and a central viewing deck with swimming pool.

All food is driven is from Upington, around 1000 mile roundtrip. Our meals are carefully planned and cooked based on locally available, fresh food, using the best possible ingredients we can source. While the menu is fixed, please tell us about your dietary requirements and dislikes before arrival so we can adjust your meals accordingly.

Getting There

Transport options

Drive and Get picked up (extra $)
The lodge is in a remote, off-the-beaten path location. Most guests fly into the international airport and Upington and arrange transport for the ~300km drive to the Kamqua picnic site where a staff member from !Xaus Lodge will pick you up in an open safari vehicle. You will drive 30 km on sand dunes to the lodge.
