Go hiking to discover the gorgeous waterfalls and natural pools of the area, enjoy a garden tour and get creative with a handicraft workshop.

Térraba is currently home to 1,400 people, about half of which consider themselves indigenous whose main challenges are the struggle for indigenous autonomy and the restoration of their ancestral tongue. To visit Térraba is to find yourself among the deepest roots of Costa Rica and to learn about the culture and struggles of the Teribe people.
