Tucked deep in the jungle on the border of Corcovado National Park you'll find Naguala Ecolodge, an amazing family owned property with waterfalls, cabins, and plenty of hiking trails. Naguala will be the home base for this epic retreat where we will practice yoga every day, meditate, eat fresh healthy food and cool off in pristine swimming holes. There are two sets of waterfalls and swimming holes within a 20 minute walk of the cabins. We will also go on an overnight excursion to visit a neighboring community where we will explore a private rainforest lagoon, mine for gold with a local family, and sleep in a private guesthouse. Other activities include horseback riding on the beach and zip lining through the jungle. This weeklong adventure is both for yogis and cultural enthusiasts. Come play in the jungle, alongside monkeys and scarlet macaws, and discover the potential within!
The yoga instructor during for the retreat will be the amazing Inka Tuononen.
