This two-day immersive journey into the Sierra Norte of Oaxaca centers on sensory reconnection and ancestral Zapotec wellness within the "Pueblo Mágico" of Capulálpam de Méndez. The experience begins with a unique "barefoot" forest walk designed to ground participants in the natural energy of the mountains, followed by a deep dive into traditional medicine.
