Learn to cook 11 delicious Thai and Akha dishes in this hands-on class! You'll go pick out all your ingredients at the local market and then spend the afternoon in a traditional outdoor kitchen preparing a feast. You'll also learn about the Akha people, culture and how their fresh, tasty food is different from typical Thai cuisine. Of course, at the end you'll get to eat the food that you make.

A fun, adventurous, informative and delicious experience!

Niti and her team at Thai Akha Cooking School were fantastic! She does an excellent job of sharing her culture and country through cooking. The day was well organized from start to finish with pick up and drop off at our hotel. Niti took us through a local market where we tried local delicacies, many of which we wouldn't have tried on our own (or had we known what we were eating before hand!). Her cooking school was clean and well organized and the eleven (!) dishes we made were delicious. 10/10 recommend!
