Educational and Fun!

My husband and I had a private class with Cesmar, a local from Manzanillo, who was charming, knowledgeable, funny, and engaging. We had a great time hanging out with him, and learned a lot about Caribbean culture and food. The Rondon turned out awesome and we were even able to take a huge portion home so we could enjoy it the next day, too! I also like that this class is managed by a non-profit who diverts a good share of the cost of the class directly to the local people who provide it. Highly recommend!
