Join the Villalobos family on a canoe trip into their private lagoon, set amidst primary rainforest. You'll hike through a jungle trail on the family's property to reach the lagoon. Then you'll push off for a paddle (helping if you'd like) down a peaceful river. You are sure to see amazing bird life and exotic plants on the journey.

Laguna Chacuaco is located in the community of Rancho Quemado. To arrive, you will take the dirt road between Drake Bay and Puerto Jimenez. You will likely have to cross at least one river and a 4WD vehicles is highly recommended.
