The Association, known as ACODOBRARTI, represents the Dos Brazos de Rio Tigre community and can help to arrange a memorable trip to this beautiful part of the Osa. Nestled up against Corcovado National Park, many locals and families offer cultural expereinces and adventure activities including trekking, birdwatching, horseback riding, swimming holes, gold mining tours, and night hikes. You can also choose to spend the night in a local guesthouse or eco-lodge.
Community Association started in 2005| Locally Owned
ACODOBRARTI works to preserve the resources and natural beauty that surround Dos Brazos by improving social, cultural and educational opportunities available to its people. The main goal is to turn Dos Brazos into one of the top eco-tourism destinations in Costa Rica while still maintaining its authenticity. Through responsible tourism development, local businesses can thrive and visitors can witness the beauty of the rainforest while helping preserve it. In less than 10 years, the association has done a great deal to improve the town and make it more welcoming to tourists who are looking for an enriching cultural experience.
