Just finished a wonderful cooking class experience. We made pepian a traditional Guatemala dish. Ours was better than the one at the restaurant last night. We did need an interpreter and Pablo was great adding insight plus translating. Great cooking and cultural experience. Highly recommend.

Staying in Silvia's home and being hosted by the women's cooperative in San Antonio Aguas Caliente was a very unique experience that was conveniently close to Antigua.
