Itinerary
After you arrive, you'll be picked up from Bagdogra airport and check in at Payong village homestay. Relax at the home while you acclimate to mountain's altitude.
Today, you'l get to spend some time speaking with your host family, and go for a village walk. It will be a day full of learning about the local culture & traditions of the village.
Take a tour to a local farm and learn organic farming. After, you can participate in making local cuisine.
After your time in Payong, check out and drive to Ravangla. Check in at your homestay and relax that evening - spending time around the homestay and getting to know the community.
After a great time in Ravangla, head to Gangtok and check in to your homestay. Take the rest of the day to explore as you'd like!
Visit Gandhi Organic market, go shopping in the Handi-craft emporium and try local cuisines in restaurants.
