The most inspiring and delicious morning EVER!

I had an absolutely blast with the ladies of Sthree Cafe! Listening to their inspiring stories, while learning to make traditional Sri Lankan dishes is the best way to start a day in Kandy. The class is hands-on and very interaction. Chef Nirmala was such a pleasure to be around. She has such a passion for food and sharing her culture. The cafe is located inside their shop selling eco-friendly products and art made by artisans in the surrounding communities. The cafe hires women and individuals living with disabilities, and are breaking all the stigma around female entrepreneurship and ableism. Thank you ladies for an epic morning. I'm still smiling thinking about it and my belly misses all the flavours of that incredible meal!
